to the nature of the items we sell, we may not not able to accept
returns on unboxed or unsealed items. Sealed items can be returned as
long as they are in the same condition. Please be certain of what you
are
purchasing before doing so. Please ask all questions
beforehand. Should a refund be issued it will be only after the item
has been returned in manner it was received and minus any shipping and
handling fees.
We are not perfect and do make mistakes, if the error is our fault we will correct/replace or fully refund you. We
are committed to providing excellent customer service so should a
problem arise, please contact us within 3 business days so we can
quickly work at resolving the matter. We offer outstanding customer
service, however, we can't fix what we don't know about!
